Hello! My name is Eelis and I am an illustrator from Finland, currently living in Canada. I also work as a background painter and designer in animation, most notably on Netflix's The Dragon Prince.
My personal work draws from Finnish nature, folklore and fairytales as well as from the 19th and 20th-century academic painting practice. I am also an avid Plein-air painter and urban sketcher.
