Make good work and be good to work with. I’ve heard this advice from multiple sources, but most clearly from Drawn & Drafted and through SmArtSchool. It has stuck with me, and I have applied this philosophy to working with clients as well as with myself. Being an artist gifts me with opportunities to explore my imagination, to be curious and learn new things, and to continue to develop my skills. I try to enjoy what I do and apply my skills to the best of my ability. My art ranges from whimsical to dramatic, you’ll find me playing with light and color, or experimenting with gesture and body language, all in service to the visual narrative. I hope that my work, at the very least, puts a smile on your face.
I specialize in imaginative art for both private individuals and companies. Currently the majority of my work is fantasy art in the table top game industry, but I have also done work for publishing companies. Clients include Bezier Games, Llewellyn Worldwide, Petersen Games, Fantasy Flight Games, BAEN, and Lightspeed Magazine.
